Everything I've seen from Caesars over the past year and a half indicates a pervasive culture of cost-cutting and benefit-stripping.

While it would be nice to see lounges return, I have no reason to bet on that happening.
As stated in the online article "Note: This hasn’t been officially announced or confirmed"
So until There is an announcement to confirm..I am holding out hope.
