Are you perhaps logged into FT on multiple devices/browsers/windows and going back and forth between devices/browsers/windows at times or otherwise have “older” windows open with you logged into FT? I got into a situation for that before as my settings on one window/browser/device being updated by me didn’t seem to push over to my other logged in devices/browsers/windows when going back and forth among devices/browsers/windows where I had been logged into FT under a different set of options. I had to literally shut down and restart several devices and make sure not to restart all my browser windows (not in that order) before I sort of got myself out of that situation by clearing the browsers of everything.
Maybe FT/IB can tell you how many places you seem to be logged into your FT account at the same time or close enough to the same time if settings/options changes don’t seem to stick in terms of expected outcome.
Thanks. I'm pretty sure I have everything turned on properly. I get notifications for messages all the time, as well as emails. I will check yet again.
