Well, I might be more tightly wound but those do look exactly the same. I must say that mine are very well made and have not bent despite a lot of use.

First of all, I am a wuss. They say that shishitos are mostly mild but about every 10th one is hot. I found a hot one yesterday and today when I was eating leftovers. Hot to me means I need to find some dairy, stat. I ate some cheese (i dont have milk ever) and that did the trick. I am probably less heat tolerant than many. I love these for the flavor .
