Just for kicks I reached out to my relationship manager and chat support. They both noted that Premier accounts aren’t impacted. I noted the press release saying the 75k requirement and that I don’t have that. They both said all Premier accounts will stay with HSBC.
I assume front line agents may not be fully trained yet on what is what.
Yeah that's understandable that they don't. I don't believe full list of branches to be closed will be released either.
