booked standard room, got Upgraded to Suite after some negotiations, initially they only wanna upgrade to deluxe with Lounge but I say platinum already got Lounge.
Lounge was closed.
Food served in BUNK lobby bar
until now don see why Lounge had to be closed while Public area in hotel may open up.
missed the Cocktail hour 6pm to 8pm' closed so Early hour.
Overall average standard service hotel, not spectacular compare to Pullman Ciawi.
Bath tub was broken cannot drain out water.

Some wall had been repainted out of emergency, so we can Notice the Paint was uneven, many spots.
should consider Wallpaper, rather they stick to Solid paint on wall with cheap paint. Mixing Blue and White feel like in some rural area school building.
Bathroom Tile can be improved to enhance the Luxury feel.
lol suite upgrade after some negotiations, you must be very good then. I am platinum and stay quite a few times at pullman CP, not even once I got upgraded during check in. the only time I got upgraded was as a courtesy of service recovery, they checked me in to a room that was not properly cleaned and there were some trash and plastic bag lying around the floors and on the small table in the deluxe room. the service given in Pullman CP lounge might be one of the best for Accor hotel in Jakarta, but the reception and recognition for elite members are one of the worst.
