One thing to note is that the Pullman Thamrin has a large MRT construction site in front of it now. So traffic is also effected and it doesn't make for a nice sight.

I dearly enjoyed it. Excellent hotel and the staff was very friendly and polite. As a Gold member I received an upgrade to the executive floor which gave me lounge access – usually not given to Golds in other hotels. This was very much valued and a late check-out was of no problem, either. All in all, an excellent stay, do recommend the place!

General comments: We love the Pullman Central Park and to date they have never failed to disappoint. From the moment you enter the door the smell is one of luxury and you can feel yourself relax in anticipation.
I was escorted to the Executive Level and offered a soft drink, check-in was smooth, and I was then taken one floor down to our Suite at the end of the hall. The door walks into a large living room with a couch a large tv and a work desk, the room also has its own toilet. Expresso Pod Machine, and bar fridge.
The bedroom has a large TV overlooking a huge king size bed that was so comfortable even sleeping with our toddler was not a problem. The Executive Suite shower is the best I have ever experienced, after turning on all the taps you have a rain shower, hand shower and body shower all at once at a decent temperature and pressure to match, one of my favorite takeaways from this stay. Bigelow toiletries were the norm, and the huge bath was great to dry out our swimming costumes.
If I had just one criticism it would have to be the pork bacon and lack of hash browns (common I know but like them) for breakfast in the collage restaurant they deep fry the bacon until it is crispy and tasteless, rather than grilling it, a 1st world problem I guess, but I do love my pork bacon. Anyway, that aside we have already booked our next two stays!

Two Accor Plus Platinum stays 02>05JUN2017 & 08>11JUN2017
Were you happy with the hotel? DEFINATLY, we always call this home when we visit family in Jakarta, my son calls this the ‘Polar Bear’ or ‘Ant’ hotel due to the establishments eclectic choices of art!
We booked a Deluxe Queen double, and double upgraded to the Executive Suite on both occasions, you can’t get better than that! And the executive suites are LUSH, they have so much room to spread out! I did notice that the shower in the Suite on L9 did not have the body spray option like that on L11 but this was only a very minor difference.
The Executive Lounge is one of the best, my son loves this ‘Strawberry Café’ and all of the staff that work there, who just spoil him rotten. The lounge is open from 6am until 2230 and guests can take breakfast in either the Lounge or the Collage restaurant even if it is not included in the room rate. High Tea is provided between 1430 and 1700 and then evening cocktails are from 1800 until 2000 with an extensive changing variety daily. We were greeted by name on each visit, and my son was spoilt every time he came in.
The Collage Restaurant was respecting Ramadan during our stay; however, the chef was still able to provide my fussy son with freshly grilled pork bacon each day. All the staff went out of their way to make us feel special however some special thanks need to go to Chandra, Jemy and Pearlyn who are a credit to this establishment and made our two stays unforgettable. There is absolutely nothing bad about this hotel!
The hotel recognises status in so many ways they are all hard to remember, lucky they print them all out in 8 size fonts on an A4 page. I can honestly say that this establishment is one of the best I have come across with recognising status. Some of the perks we received included Executive Lounge check-in, double upgrades to the executive suite for both of our three-night stays, a welcome card from Dominique Alberto (GM), free local calls, two welcome drink vouchers provided for each check-in and good for any drink at the Bunk Lobby Lounge, towel animals on the bed each day (Thank you so much Maykel & Akbar), welcome fruits/chocolates, two fourth birthday gift amenities, a welcome gift (Pullman shopping bag) and a birthday cake!
Would we return? Yes, Yes, Yes!

My recent stay report
booked standard room, got Upgraded to Suite after some negotiations, initially they only wanna upgrade to deluxe with Lounge but I say platinum already got Lounge.
Lounge was closed.
Food served in BUNK lobby bar
until now don see why Lounge had to be closed while Public area in hotel may open up.
missed the Cocktail hour 6pm to 8pm' closed so Early hour.
Overall average standard service hotel, not spectacular compare to Pullman Ciawi.
Bath tub was broken cannot drain out water.
interior finishing need to change already'
Some wall had been repainted out of emergency, so we can Notice the Paint was uneven, many spots.
should consider Wallpaper, rather they stick to Solid paint on wall with cheap paint. Mixing Blue and White feel like in some rural area school building.
Bathroom Tile can be improved to enhance the Luxury feel.

lol suite upgrade after some negotiations, you must be very good then. I am platinum and stay quite a few times at pullman CP, not even once I got upgraded during check in. the only time I got upgraded was as a courtesy of service recovery, they checked me in to a room that was not properly cleaned and there were some trash and plastic bag lying around the floors and on the small table in the deluxe room. the service given in Pullman CP lounge might be one of the best for Accor hotel in Jakarta, but the reception and recognition for elite members are one of the worst.
But is good you had experienced the Lounge,
during my stay was Closed.
The substitute bar can not do mix cocktail as good as Lounge,
But I also missed the hour between 6pm to 8pm only during covid
Better choice now in jakarta are = Swissotel PIK and Pullman Thamrin
