I've flown across the Pacific a couple of times in 14A and 14C, and across the Atlantic in 14 middles.

Babies can be everywhere including the middle section of row 12 in Premium Economy, not just row 18 in Economy.

Also, I'll add the usual disclaimer: YMMV and if you ask 10 people which seats are best on any aircraft of any airline, you'll likely get 15 different answers (or whatever the current math multiple is.)

I've scheduled my father-in-law in 12C for transpacific flights, and he liked the extra space, lack of seat in front, and close access to bathrooms (he's a bit... older).

I usually travel in 13AC or 14AC with my daughter for TPAC/TATL (wife is up in business, ha) in order to be able to stow bags under the seats in front of us. But Cow is right, the PY seats recline A LOT. I can live with it, but it can be annoying if you are trying to watch the IFE or use a laptop. If I were traveling solo in PY (I usually do J), then I'd prefer 12AC. I haven't noticed any bathroom sound/smell problems.
