Is DL still blaming their crap service and food on Covid? Im just getting caught up-I know for 12 months it was DLs specific brand of Covid that only affected domestic flights in regards to good service, ice, food, and glassware. On international flights their particular brand of Covid didnt affect the same way-on international flights it only affected proper service, glassware, and soup.
Have they graduated to blaming this on something else yet? (since we know they wont admit its purely cost savings)
I am actually wondering whether they will be blaming catering shortly and the available of workers. I could actually see this being a real problem. I was chatting with an FA the other day, and she mentioned you never really know what you'll get from catering in ATL these days. So, that could be the next challenge.
