I can confirm you that Platinum benefits are applied to any ticket booked with miles and operated by any SkyTeam partner airline.
Last April, I booked with miles 3 tickets using my FB Platinum account. Flight operated by Alitalia. All 3 tickets were mentioning FB Platinum, same on boarding pass.

Lounge in CDG = I could not use the self service machine to entry the lounge (machines did not recognised the status). Lounge dragon had to check manually the 3 tickets and validate the entrance
Lounge in FCO = there is no lounge open yet but I was granted 3 voucher in Rome airport.
