Does AmEx distinguish between Goods & Services and Friends & Family? I would imagine yes, but I can't find a definitive answer after searching.

There's certain classes for my kids where the instructors accepts PayPal Friends and Family, cash, or check. If PayPal F&F is treated the same as Goods & Services, I'd be happy to eat the fee so it counts towards SUBS.
