Churn and burn. I picked up the Prestige (again, once I became eligible for the bonus) in Dec, I'll cancel it come Jan once finish maxing everything. Citi is a huge PITA to deal with, even just with routine things. Like last year I needed to cash out my Dividend cash back and the site just kept erroring out on trying to do it via ACH. They're just a pain. But for 50k TYP and basically a free year, sure, I'll play.

Ironically they actually had a market differentiated card with the Premier, 3x on everything travel including gas, which bested both the CSP and the Amex Green, and predictably Citi managed to F that up and re-jigged the earnings structure.
