You are talking here about the regular situation when booking a revenue ticket. OP is asking about FB award booked from a Platinum account. In the situation described by OP, it was pretty common to have all Plat privileges applicable to passengers travelling on an award ticket booked with miles coming from a Gold or Platinum account. If I am not mistaken, the last information we had on such a situation was that it was working well when only AF/KL lounges were involved but not with partners or contract lounges. In OP's case, CDG and JFK are all AF lounges, so it should be OK.
