The GS Desk told me this would be "by the end of June".

"Dear Mr. LIH:

We just received word late yesterday that United is planning on opening an additional 30 United Clubs, 21 which should be opened by the end of June and the others by Labor Day. There are 3 additional in Chicago scheduled, 2 in Houston, one each in San Francisco and Washington Dulles, plus our clubs in Orlando, Fort Lauderdale and Las Vegas; these are scheduled for the end of June. We have not been provided the other line station locations yet. I hope this information helps and that you are able to enjoy the use of the clubs soon.
