Point multipliers are always on base points so for example if you're a Diamond, you book Impresario, and there's a double points promo, I believe you would get:
10X base
+ 10X for your 100% diamond bonus
+ 10X for Impresario
+ 10X for double points promo
= 40 points per dollar.
