That other review you refer to may have meant that Globalists can only take breakfast in the club lounge (i..e they can't choose to have breakfast in the restaurant instead of the lounge). That was a common policy pre-COVID, but now varies by property in part because many lounges are no longer open or are operating with reduced hours.
