Booking is confirmed but I would like to cancel and request refund via Voucher and book something new, however if the issuance of a refund is a long process it won't be the best idea.
A voucher (EMD) isn't a refund.
Simple return bookings can be turned into an EMD instantly after hanging up the phone (if calling a contact centre).
The same process can take a few weeks through the Zendesk form even if you have a simple booking.
Complex bookings require ticketing specialists and will (almost always) take a few weeks.
