Congrats on the quick home sale - prices are going crazy in the places where people want to live (e.g., Colorado, Florida, Texas etc.) and good luck with the move and home search!
Thank you
ordogg. The SubZero/Wolf appliances were at Parq on Speer, super impressive building but too close to a downtown which has sadly deteriorated and is now overrun with an out of control homeless population.

Taking a year to rent and finding the best option isn't the worst thing, and maybe if you're lucky the market may soften a little bit in that time. You can add North Carolina to that list too. Everything is selling above asking with multiple offers, it's wild.
Thanks
cmd320. It is wild and simply not sustainable IMO.

Thank you
HawaiiTrvlr. In the end, we did rent in Cherry Creek North and will be there in less than a month.

Thanks very much
BavarianFlyer. We're excited to be moving back especially since Air France is starting non-stop DEN-CDG service.

Call me - let's have lunch!
LOL. I know, I know. California is so screwed up and we're happy to be leaving. Gonna take you up on that offer once we've settled in. Thanks
