According to a post on reddit from yesterday, the Thompson is not currently providing either breakfast or parking. I'm unsure about the CAA, I think they just recently reopened. Per their website it doesn't look like they have any restaurants open for brekkie.

Limited service available – Food and Bar service (Cindy's Rooftop open Wednesday-Friday 11am-11pm, Saturday-Sunday 10am-11pm). Food reservations required (no reservations for drinks only.
