Delta One Coast to Coast Covid

We just spent $1K apiece to fly Delta One coast to coast. We did not have anything promised in the promotional video on Delta’s website. None of it. They didn’t respond when we filled out the survey, so I decided to make a warning thread that spending for this service is not worth it in Covid times.

We had: rude check in agent, not the promised dedicated ambassador or whatever lie they’re peddling about this great extra service.

Regular TSA non priority lines.

No dividers and no individual pods.

A one time visit by one flight attendant with one dry food snack box.

No amenity kit on board, Tumi or otherwise.

Weeks later no response from Delta to our survey.

Save your money. Yes, our seats reclined flat but the footrest was a wedge shape, which was worse than a business class footrest situation. I felt the forward passenger’s movements on my toes the whole flight and also couldn’t lay my legs flat, they had to be jammed in the little triangle.
