So frustrating. I finally got a response from their twitter handle [MENTION=842638]QRS[/MENTION]upport and was told awards flights do not get an assigned seat and that I would have to pay to select one. They only do that one the phone as well. Has anyone else had issues where you cannot hear them on the phone? It's full of static no matter what phone I call from. After a 6 hour wait on the phone, someone finally picked up, but I couldn't hear a word they said and hung up. Does anyone know if I can just go to my local airport and get this done since twitter and phone are no longer an option?
