But since we have to use XenApp or a Citrix VDI for many of them, my teammates and I have to dial in on top of joining the webex session as the audio doesn't seem to carry over the Citrix connection. We haven't tried Teams over Citrix (yet) but good to know we might have to dial in on that as well.
If I turn on my webcam, the audio cuts out almost always. If I leave the webcam off, either others will suddenly be unable to hear me or I'll be unable to hear them. In either case, I have to leave the meeting and rejoin.

The good news is that the client is sending me a laptop...hopefully soon.
