Young Alex, the enthusiast (I think analyst is a bit over the top) goes on to say in his tweets that this development is about the EU allowing vaccinated travellers, rather I don’t read this as the US reciprocating. If he’s analysing it, like everyone else on FT then the reciprocity could happen. There’s another thread just appeared offering the same info about this from what I can tell.
