Pretty much all my PYB have been done on Saturdays. Pretty much every week, like clockwork. Like yesterday. I also have done transfers from other cards on Saturdays (but not as often). But I have a buffer of UR, i.e., I never needed to actually use the just-transferred points for PYB.
