Understood. Just responding to previous post about D1 fares generally being significantly more than FC fares. Clearly not the case right now with the cheapest D1 fare being only $5 more than the cheapest FC fare. The $499 D1 fare is fare basis XAVKA0DQ which has a 21-day advance purchase requirement. The 'D' in second to last letter indicates it as a D1 fare which means the flight will be D1 marketed and fare rules specifies lie-flat equipment only.
To reiterate what I posted above. The D1 fares on this route do not yet include A330-900neo equipment in the fare rules which is why the A330-900neo flights in June are FC marketed (because they have FC fares applied to them). FC fares will have an 'F' in the second to last letter of the fare basis code. While the $494 FC fares will be applied to the A330-900neo flights, because of the $150 surcharge in them for lie-flat equipment, they actually fare out to $655 ($150 surcharge + 7.5% US excise tax added to the $494 FC fare).
