The only portal UA offers for airfares is united,com / UA app
There is the "Deals & offers" page

If you talking a general merchandise portal where you earn miles, that is MileagePlus Shopping
Mileage Plus Shopping - consolidated mileage posting questions / issues
I don't think you find any great deals, but extra RDMs is the main draw

And there is MileagePlus X which a site for purchase retail gift cards and earn miles
