As per checking on your voucher, this voucher is only valid for Hilton Hotel and resorts and cannot be use in Waldorf.

for any questions we would recommend you contact the Hilton reservation and customer care pertaining to this matter.

This is from a label who's title is a reservation sales agent at the hotel.

First they say vouchers cannot be used.
Then they say it's only for a Reef Villa - there ae none
Then it's only for a standard redemption
When I point out my standard redemption is an over water villa and there is one available the day I want and it's also the lowest priced property, I get this reply.

Talk about having one's excitement about visiting urinated upon!
