Back on topic, tried an Italian restaurant that I have not been to in years, had Spaghetti with Meat Sauce (Ground Beef, Sausage, and Pepperoni) with a side of Garlic Rolls with a lot of minced garlic, oil, and cheese on top of it.
I love a meat sauce made with pepperoni or some other type of cured meat. Gives it a really nice depth. Wish I would have thought of that for the meat sauce I made last night...
