These properties are neither "actually on the airport grounds or within a walkable distance from the terminals". They are a 10-15 minute taxi or shuttle ride, depending on which terminal at CDG.

It's a few kms from the terminal(s) and there are not really any walk paths or sidewalks. You have to take a taxi or hotel car basically.
