I really wouldn't consider the HR Crystal City to be walkable from DCA. Those roads are a jumble... might only be 300 yards as the crow flies but I'd guess a mile walking.
For your list, HP Aruba is on airport property and readily walkable from arrivals (3 minutes max). Brand standard HP but with better than average F&B.
