Hi I too have become victim to the "An error has occurred .Please try again" message when trying to redeem . I got the standard message stating clear cache cookies etc from E Rewards but still no luck after 3 days . After clearing the cache, did you attempt a survey before then trying to redeem again? I was told to do that before trying to redeem again. If it still didn't work, I was advised to wait 24 hours and then try to redeem. I don't know how much of this is script and how much actually follows logic. Also, I was advised to only use Firefox or Chrome. At this time I was having my issues, I was still dinking around with Edge.
