In addition to what jfkeze mentioned you’ll also receive oneworld emerald as a 75k which if you’re flying through LHR let’s you do your own research on which lounge is best (AA Flagship for showers, BA sometimes for champers, CX for food / view imo). If you’re flying between the US and UK regularly I would say OW emerald is definitely worth it.
