I also don't have a Hyatt credit card, but here in the U.S., you can transfer from Chase Ultimate Rewards to Hyatt (and also Marriott and IHG), so that's what I do. AmEx points transfer to Choice Hotels, Hilton, and Marriott, none of which are great values but at least it's a 1:2 ratio to Hilton, which makes up for their lower value.
That's an interesting summary as both our circumstances appear the same except we don't have the same Amex hotel transfers. If I had the choice I would prefer Hyatt but as we don't then Hilton beats Marriott for us. Of course then you have to throw into the hotel footprint. Lots of things to keep in mind when saving hotel points.
