Does anyone know how to get special help for a flight and hotel package booked on United Vacations? I've tried calling, get transferred to Priceline, then the issue is escalated but never receive a follow up. My international trip is coming up soon. The short story is that I booked airfare and hotel but the hotel reservation did not push through to the hotel. As of now, I only have airfare for my family and even though I have a confirmation number for hotel from United Vacations/Priceline the hotel has no record of the stay. The trip is coming up in three weeks so I'd like to get this resolved.

I've tried emailing some United customer service contacts from Elliott.org but it has been a week without a response.
