Lactose is produced in cow's milk products. Most other animals ...sheep, goat will produce no or very little lactose. And cow's milk cheese that has been aged for a very long time are also safe (like a good parm) to eat if intolerant.

Funny. I went to a friend's house across the street to borrow a seafood cracker. While I was there she kept offering me stuff to borrow and one was this really cute crab. I didn't use all the other stuff but I texted her a pic of how cute he looks and she told me to keep him!! She gave him to me!! I was so excited & of course I said she could borrow him. He is part of the Lotus Metlox Pottery that I think someone else here has..
But now--the more I look at him, the more I think that pose is a little obscene. I still really love it and maybe even more but it totally had me laughing all night. Just me?
