On Friday M. Djebbari graciously decided to allow a few minutes for people to ask questions on his Twitter feed.
He answered a few of them, then probably had to go to lunch or a coffee break. Of course, he didn't reply to any of the questions about the inconsistencies several people brought up. Several about EU travel.
I believe his only answer to one question was the classic one he now uses frequently "Well, other countries are restricting travel, so..." (Huh? The question was about France!) What a joke these people are.

uh non Ministre

But here I saw one of the Tweets that caught my eye.
where one poster refers to a décret from April 2nd (published on April 3rd).

I read the JO from April 3rd and can't find the décret... maybe someone else sees it?
