I think for breakfast you could probably ask for your favorites and they would be willing to accomodate your requests.
I'd recommend trying Nanbei next tine. One of the city's top luxury Chinese restaurants and they make very good drinks too. Instagram friendly from the entrance and the Chinese Valentine Moon gate LED lightshow is just enchanting.
