BTW, my Costco now had the snow crab claws in the freezer section ...they never carried them before although I know that yours has had them for a while . Anyway, the package says that thawed crab should be eaten within 2 days. I think you are taking a chance with your 5 & 6 day old crab legs. I can't imagine going that long with seafood...best to buy what you can eat for one or maybe 2 meals . Those crab legs you buy are previously frozen.
The frozen enchiladas look good! I know that restaurants smother enchiladas with sauce - my favorite taqueria has a similar burrito and I forgot the name for it. It’s possible that my spouse doesn’t like too much sauce. I have been to Trader Joe’s when the enchiladas are sold out so someone buys them. I just eat them because my spouse likes them.
