Exactly...I was thinking taquitos but those are fried...burrito or soft taco is a better description. I have had them in a restaurant as well as made at home where it is actually hard to figure out where the enchilada is under all the sauce/cheese.
But I guess someone besides Gao likes them as TJ doesn't usually keep products around that don't sell. They aren't for me though.

These freezer ones look a bit closer to what I would call an enchilada but still are a bit naked.
