See, those enchiladas look naked to me. All of that part that is just exposed tortilla is just going to be dry. When I make or order enchiladas they are completely covered with sauce (and cheese). I think this is why CE found them to be dry.

Yep, those were the lousy ones I bought. I had to smother them in salsa, because there is absolutely no sauce, which I think is the definition of an enchilada. Maybe they should just call them soft tacos or burritos or something, because they are not enchiladas. And not particularly good in my book.
