These are at Costco...frozen & I think they use a low carb (cheese?) tortilla but they are certainly covered in sauce although I don't really even want the ends uncovered. If I was served those TJ ones in a restaurant I would send them back. I know you eat them weekly but have you tried others or restaurant ones or making your own just for comparison?
BTW, my Costco now had the snow crab claws in the freezer section ...they never carried them before although I know that yours has had them for a while . Anyway, the package says that thawed crab should be eaten within 2 days. I think you are taking a chance with your 5 & 6 day old crab legs. I can't imagine going that long with seafood...best to buy what you can eat for one or maybe 2 meals . Those crab legs you buy are previously frozen.
