See, those enchiladas look naked to me. All of that part that is just exposed tortilla is just going to be dry. When I make or order enchiladas they are completely covered with sauce (and cheese). I think this is why CE found them to be dry.

All I can say from experience is that they’re not dry and we eat them weekly. Once they become a meal, I’ll take a picture with the package card separate with the ingredient info. It’s hard to take a picture of all the info while it’s still a package. It’s a 350 reheat product. They’re too soft and moist for hand eating.

no crab legs today - plus we’ve plans next Monday so it’ll be 4/12 for the next king crab leg meal.
