See, those enchiladas look naked to me. All of that part that is just exposed tortilla is just going to be dry. When I make or order enchiladas they are completely covered with sauce (and cheese). I think this is why CE found them to be dry.

I was just about to post the same thing. Do they come with a separate sauce pouch to pour over? I'm not even sure I'd call them enchiladas as they are pictured. I've never been able to eat an enchilada with my hands. I had assumed they at least came frozen with sauce that thawed when you heated the package. Good reminder why I don't buy prepared meals at TJ's .
