I’m trying to change the dates on my flight SEA-BKK, which was originally PHL-Kiev.
I got someone in the India call center and they’re saying I’m not entitled to change the dates without penalty. Is this correct? I don’t think so.
Update: after being on hold, the agent said they’d be willing to “make an exception” and change my dates to April 16 return April 20.
But how can I legally enter Thailand since you have to quarantine for 14 days (soon to be 10) if I arrive on the 18th and leave the 20th?
