Change Fees "Are Gone For Good"(Worldwide ex-USA,non-BE),waiver til March2021 for all

FFC have been 1 year for some time but recently previous FFCs were all extended to 31 March 2022
ETCs now valid for 2 years(?), FFCs extended to 31 March 2022 (or at least 12 months)

ETCs back to 12 months would be a change, odd given the recent messages on 24 months.
