This is an old thread but I wanted to know if you cancelled by sending a message to customer service? The card is in my husband’s name and he hates to call customer service. If I can cancel online, it would be great.
Should I assume Barclay’s will not offer a discount or fee waiver, considering that travel has pretty much been at a standstill all year? My husband got this card last March—60k miles, no AF the first year.
