This is the travel safety/security forum, where we discuss airport and border security policies. The topic of this particular thread is the federal court ruling upholding the 1st amendment right to record TSA screeners. Arguments about intellectual property rights, hypothetical commercial exploitation of such recordings and filming in bathrooms, where people to have a legitimate expectation of privacy, are off topic for this forum and thread and belong in the OMNI forums.
