One thing is clear if any new higher LT-tier would be introduced it is very unlikely that it would include any threshold above 10+ PLT years ... any back population is a recipe for disaster maybe higher night requirement ...but a change to the year requirement seems impossible given how difficult it seems to count the year as it is....
