I've flown only paid DL flights and the FA's still provided excellent service with what little they've had, unlike on the non AA owned American Eagle flights I've taken where they've used this as an excuse to go to the back galley and chat the whole flight.
To be fair, those non AA owned Eagle carriers are Mesa, Republic and Skywest.... so a significant overlap with Delta Connection.
