I had a 10 nights paid stay from the 16th (the day the promotion began) checked out on the 26th and so far 0 nights or points credited never mind the bonus ones.
Staff on reception always wonder why I queue up to checkout rather than just do it through the app until I explain why I always need to get a paper print out of my reservation 🙄.
