I was first dumb enough to ask in the newbie thread, where nobody replied to me. Well, then I realised this thread and the policy document. *facepalm*

Never the less, I've called QR and right now I can't get rebooked, because foreigners aren't allowed into Qatar. Since I had booked a stopover at DOH for several days, they can't book me a new itinerary under the 500 mile rule. So I'm like stuck with my booking now until QR changes their stance or Qatar opens up.
